Climbing and other activities at height are dangerous and maylead to severe injury or even death. Gaining an adequate apprenticeship in appropriate techniques and methods of protection is your own responsibility.
You personally assume all risks and responsibilities for all damage, injury or death which may occur during or following incorrect use of our products in any manner whatsoever. If you are not able, or not in a position to assume this responsibility or to take this risk, do not purchase or use any climbing equipment.
Climbing Equipment Returns Policy
Any piece of climbing equipment that is incorporated into the safety system is excluded from our returns policy (except in the situation where it is faulty or defective, see below).
Equipment that doesn't fall into this category can be return as per our returns policy.
This includes, Rope Bags, Chalk Bags, Training Aids and Accessories.
