Please Note all information on this page forms part of the contract between us (the supplier) and consumer.
Same Day Despatch
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12-noon the same day and in most cases orders received by 2pm are dispatched the same day.
Every effort is made to ensure your products are dispatched in the time specified.
However in circumstances beyond our control your order may be delayed. If this happens you will be notified as soon as possible and you will have the option to cancel your order with a full refund.
Shipping Charges
Standard (1-3 Days) - £3.95
Your order will be sent using a standard delivery service that may take up to 3 working days to arrive.
Guaranteed Next Day - £5.99
Your order will be sent using a priority delivery service and is guaranteed for delivery the following working day.

Orders are shipped either via Royal Mail or Business Post at our discretion
Standard Service
Small items are normally sent using Royal Mail First Class. Items generally arrive next working day including Saturdays although this is not guaranteed. Please allow 3 working days for delivery.
For larger or more valuable items, your order will be shipped using Royal Mail Standard Parcel. Delivery will be within three to five working days from dispatch.
Guaranteed Next Day Service
Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. This is guaranteed service for delivery the following working day before 1:00pm.
Orders may be sent via Business Post. They are guaranteed for delivery the following working day.
Customs duty and taxes
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any incurred charges.
Courier Handling
Your goods will be sent via Royal Mail or Business Post. It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the specified delivery address to receive the goods.
If you are not there to receive the goods and you are left a card please contact us or the delivery branch to find out what to do next and refer to the details below.
Failure to do so may incur additional charges.
Royal Mail
Royal Mail will attempt to make a delivery once. After this Royal Mail will hold the goods for 3 weeks during which time you will need to arrange collection of the goods from the Delivery Branch (Details on the card left by the delivery driver).
After this time the goods will be returned to us and you will incur a non-delivery charge of £8.
Undelivered orders
If your goods are returned undelivered we will issue you a full refund for the goods (excluding postage and any incurred charges) back to the original payment method.
